Mrs Tereza Fokianou – President and CEO
Mrs Fokianou is a graduate from the University of Athens with a degree in Geology and postgraduate studies at Imperial College. She has an academic experience and more than 25 years of executive management experience both in the Public and the Private Energy sector. She is co-founder and a member of the Board of the Institute of Energy of South East Europe (IENE).
Mrs Fokianou served as the Managing Director of the Public Petroleum Corporation – E&P for H/C (DEP-EKY) in Greece, and was responsible for the 1st International Licensing Round in Greece in 1996, which was completed successfully in 1997.
Among others, Mrs Fokianou is an active member of the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators (AIPN), the Energy Institute of London and the Geological Society of Greece.

Dr Elias Conophagos – Vice President
Dr Conophagos is an EFPL Chemical Engineer, with over 35 years of experience in the E&P of the Oil and Gas industry. He is a former General Director of the Hellenic Petroleum – Upstream Oil & Gas Division.
Dr Conophagos has held several senior roles in Oil and Gas sector companies in Greece and abroad.

Mr Sotirios Kritikos – Member of the Board
Mr Kritikos is a Mechanical Engineer (BSc., MEng.) with extensive experience in construction, supervision and management in NG pipeline projects.

Mr George Hatziioannou – Public Relations
Mr Hatziioannou has thirty five years of experience in promoting Greek positions and interests on matters of economy, energy, commerce, tourism, culture and the Cypriot and Macedonian questions. He has served in New York (United Nations), London and Moscow. As Press and Communications offcier at the Greek Embassies in the US, UK and Russia, he focused on bilateral relations on energy and media relations.
